I think that we've all got to keep working towards the same goal. As a blind person I can't say "get rid of Flash." That would be ridiculous. And as a commercial person I wouldn't want to.
It's quite a common myth within web design that if you start implementing accessibility then you lose all kinds of creativity and that's something that's got to be dispelled at all costs.
So I think as long as people like Macromedia can keep developing accessibility from their end and people like us at Nomensa can keep learning how to create flash products accessibly and people who create the access technologies like screen readers can keep developing ways in which they can interact, then ultimately we should get to a point where it all meets in the middle happily for everybody.
