I think it's good that you've got these two light-coloured blocks and they've got the shadow behind them, that separates them out from the quite busy background so that's quite nice. Immediately I've got 2 blocks of information rather than 1 great big mass of information to look at.
If the headings were just a little bit clearer and body text and size was just reduced down a bit, in clearer blocks with spaces around it, I could get more of an instant overview of what the content was. The difficulty of this is I have to immediately go into the details of it and actually start carefully reading each section before I kind of get a sense of what's going on inside it.
